Max Lee, the financial principal at TCM Associates qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche before moving into commerce. For the last fifteen years Max has been finance director of a number of companies both listed and private. Max's early commercial experience was in a blue chip environment and he now brings the disciplines and technical skills of financial management and control learnt in complex groups to smaller, more entrepreneurial organisations.

Although he has had a successful history in most areas of corporate finance including flotations, management buyouts, acquisitions and disposals he is equally at home in the lower profile but equally important areas of financial management and administration.

Peter Stuart-Buttle, TCM Associates' Legal Counsel is a solicitor of some 25 years standing.  Having trained and ‘cut his teeth’ in one of the ‘magic circle’ firms he spent ten years as a partner in a medium sized firm, before becoming the in-house lawyer and a main board director of a substantial and acquisitive private group of companies.
